If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 working days since the delivery date to return your product.


We ask for products to be returned in their original packaging and they should be in the same conditions in which they were received.


You will have to include the original invoice document in order to be able to identify the package and proceed with the return process.


The shipping costs of sending the product to our warehouse will have to be accounted for by the client, but in the case of a change of product, shipping costs of the new product will not have to be payed by the client.


We recommend keeping the original packaging and transportation packaging of the product until being sure of not requiring a return.


PP Import-Export SLU cannot be made responsible of the packages that have not been returned.
